Delivery Area
We currently deliver to Finland, Sweden and Estonia. We do not ship to other countries at the moment – if you need delivery elsewhere in the EU, please contact us before placing an order.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation and stock availability confirmation from our supplier. Delivery takes 2–10 business days from the date of payment confirmation and stock availability confirmation.
We will notify you by email once your order has been confirmed and dispatched with tracking information.
Order Processing Steps
- You place an order and complete payment.
- We confirm the availability of the product with our supplier.
- Once availability is confirmed, your order is dispatched.
- You receive tracking information by email.
- Delivery arrives within 2–10 business days from dispatch.
Delivery Options
At checkout you can choose between three delivery options. The estimated delivery times are:
- Economy – Finland and Estonia 5–7 business days, Sweden 6–7 business days. Available for orders up to 2 kg.
- Standard – Finland and Estonia 4–6 business days, Sweden 5–6 business days.
- Premium – Finland and Estonia 3–4 business days, Sweden 4–5 business days.
Delivery times start from the confirmation of payment and stock availability and are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Costs
The price of each delivery option is calculated automatically from the total weight of your order and the number of items in it, and it is always shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm and pay for the order. There are no additional handling fees.
For very heavy orders – above 30 kg to Finland or Estonia, and above 20 kg to Sweden – an automatic price cannot be calculated. In that case please contact [email protected] and we will prepare an individual delivery quote.
Returns Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return shipping instructions.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
