This page explains how you can pay for an order placed at go4shop.fi and what happens after your payment. The store is operated by PreisDepot OÜ (details at the end of this page).
1. Currency and prices
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT). The price shown on the product page is the price you pay for the goods. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm the order. We do not add any hidden fees, and we do not charge a surcharge for using a particular payment method.
2. Available payment methods
The payment methods available for your order are shown in the final step of the checkout, after you have entered your delivery address. Only the methods displayed there can be used for that order. If no payment method is shown, please contact us and we will help you complete the purchase.
3. When your order is confirmed and charged
Your order becomes binding once the payment has been completed and we have sent you an order confirmation by email. Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation and after stock availability has been confirmed with our supplier, as described in our Shipping & Returns page. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will inform you and refund the amount in full without undue delay.
4. Payment security
go4shop.fi uses an encrypted HTTPS connection for all pages, including the checkout. Card and bank credentials are entered directly with the payment service provider that processes the transaction; they are not stored on our servers and our staff cannot see them.
5. Order confirmation and invoices
You will receive an order confirmation by email with a summary of the products, prices, VAT and delivery costs. If you need an invoice for accounting purposes, or if you are an EU business customer with a valid VAT number, please contact [email protected] and mention your order number and company details.
6. Refunds
Refunds are always made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. See our Refund and Returns Policy and Right of Withdrawal pages for the applicable time limits.
7. Questions about a payment
If a payment fails, is charged twice, or you are unsure whether your order went through, email [email protected] with your order number. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
